This research aims to identify extension knowledge needs of cattle breders respondents with some diseases affecting young calves, determine the extension services they need in cattle breeding, finally to determine the problems that face them in cattle breeding .
 A Questionnaire form as designed for this purpose, A systematic  random sample of 180 respondents from three villages : Miniat Messer From KafrEl-Shiekh district, El monshaa El kobra From Kaleen district, and Kafrmagar from desouq district.
The important results were: 90.6% of cattle breders respondents their extension knowledge needs level with some diseases affecting young calves was ranged between highland moderate, the top extension services respondents needs in cattle breeding were: Training in the early detection of cattle diseases and peridic Follow-up of cattle, The most important problems facing them in cattle breeding were: high  prices of  concentrated feeds and  high costs veterinary treatment.
